國王在之前鬧了一個小風波，在今年國王起飛，成為季後賽的攪局者時，教練Jorger和管理曾有鬧得不愉快的情形發生。今天我們就來聊聊這則外電消息以及消息相關人士Marvin Bagley至今的表現。
首先，根據外電來源指出，國王管理層對Joerger給Bagley的上場時間和角色定位頗有微詞，管理層希望以Bagley為首的年輕人包含Labissiere和Giles等人能有更多出賽機會。同時，年輕人們跟Joerger教練也缺乏溝通，隊上某些年輕人對自己的定位和出賽時間感到失望。
接著這個消息之後，也傳出國王教練Joerger相信國王的助理GM Brandon Willams一直在找尋一個替代自己的總教頭。因為Joerger自己合約也即將到期。不過外電也有提到，在GM Divac的全力支持下，目前Joerger的烏紗帽還是安全的。

Yet Joerger, sources say, is not in danger of being fired anytime soon. Divac, the beloved former King whose hiring in March 2015 was supposed to stabilize this wayward ship, offered his support on Saturday in response to the story.
看完了這些消息，筆者來談談我自己的想法。現階段的國王只要炒掉Joerger絕對是引來無止盡的批評，從這幾季看下來Joerger對國王的養成是按照藍圖在走的。包含本季Hield的破繭而出，Fox展現的技術，WCS越來越少在禁區玩戰鬥陀螺，都可以看出Joerger對於年輕人的培養。
同時在今年沒有選秀權，球隊該開始培養營球文化的時候，成功讓中生代的3D球員Shumpert復活，讓把七六人耍得團團轉的Bjelica展現出價值。目前國王的戰積以10勝10敗的五成勝率佔據西區第十。Joerger兼顧了戰積和球員養成，以目前國王的狀況來說，他還真的沒甚麼好挑剔的。
