18岁大的张丹鹏在澳门2010年的亚洲扑克巡回赛的主赛事中夺冠，由此创造了历史。张丹鹏获得接近1,680,000港币作为奖金。

Rookie wins big in the Asian Poker Tour
18-year old Zhang Dan Peng created history by bagging the title at the Main Event in the 2010 APT in Macau. Zhang took home close to HK$1.68 million as winnings.
Zhang edged out top poker professionals, including some big names like Phil Ivey, Full Tilt’s Tom Dwan and Johnny Chan, to emerge as the top winner. What makes his feat even more incredible is that fact that Zhang only started seriously playing poker about six months ago. Zhang also claims to have had no formal training in the game prior to this and qualified for the main event via one of the satellite APT events.
Zhang Dan Peng’s aggressive playing style mimicked that of a seasoned professional and catapulted him ahead of the 161 others on the table. Dan Peng commented about his amazing victory after the match, “I’m incredibly happy and really, really lucky to have won in my first tournament, especially as so many great players were here. I joined APT Macau to accompany my friend who lost, but I managed to progress. I honestly had no expectations before the final table and would have been happy with any result.”
Zhang Den Peng hails from the Guangzhou province in China and is the first player from his country to successfully compete in the Asian Poker Tour Main Event and win it. The final game was played over 4 days and he went up against Germany’s Bjoern Wiesler in a fast paced final round that lasted all of one hand.
In a casino, sometimes it is a kind of betting luck, like Zhang Danpeng, can you say that he is the genius of casino player? In fact, he won the game more owning to luck.
