据日本媒体最新消息，为纪念东日本大地震发生1周年而推出的新型“东日本大地震复兴支援绿色彩票”，将于2月14日在日本全国范围内开售。
因去年为东日本大地震赈灾而发售“东日本大地震复兴彩票”赈灾彩票最终销售额只有预计的三分之一，日本彩票机构决定以受国内彩民追捧的大型彩票形式，将每年在此期间发售的“绿色彩票”改为“东日本大地震复兴支援绿色彩票”，继续为东日本大地震受灾地区筹集复兴资金。
